Pricing questions
Is Novareka free to use?
Yes. The first world of every lab is free forever, with no account and no card. PRO unlocks every lesson, simulation and practice exam in every lab, including labs added later.
How much does Novareka PRO cost?
PRO costs $39.99 per month, $99.99 per year, or $299.99 once for lifetime access. The Family plan is $149.99 per year: everything in PRO for one parent and up to four kid profiles, plus a weekly progress email (Lifetime includes the same; other plans keep one kid profile). There is no free trial: you can try the free world of every lab before you pay.
What ages is Novareka for?
Lessons run from first steps to high-school, AP, IB and early university level. A separate kids zone with 14 labs is designed for ages 6 to 11: children never need an account or an e-mail (any progress lives in the parent’s account), and there is no chat, no ads and no third-party trackers.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Every lab runs in a modern web browser on a laptop, tablet or phone using WebGL. Progress is kept in your browser, and signing in (Google or an e-mail link) keeps it on every device.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. You can cancel any time from the Paddle customer portal and keep PRO until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds can be requested within 24 hours of a payment; see the refund policy.
