Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Novareka (the “service”), provided by Mehmet Canker (CoddyKit). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Novareka provides interactive 3D science simulations and guided lessons in the browser. Simulations are teaching models and are simplified on purpose; they are not engineering, medical or safety tools. AI tutor answers can be wrong and are not professional advice.

Accounts

You can use the free parts without an account. To buy PRO you sign in with a Google account or an e-mail link. You are responsible for activity on your account. The kids zone never requires an account.

Free and PRO

The first world of every lab is free. PRO unlocks every lesson, simulation and practice exam in every lab. Current prices: PRO yearly $99.99/year, Family yearly $149.99/year, PRO monthly $39.99/month, Lifetime $299.99, Teacher yearly $249.99/year, School yearly $1,499/year (taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location). There is no free trial: you are charged when you subscribe.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries about payments and handles returns; the Paddle buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep PRO until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Family plan

Everything in PRO, for one parent or guardian account with up to four kid profiles and a weekly progress email to the parent. Free, PRO monthly and PRO yearly accounts keep one kid profile; Lifetime includes the family features. If a Family plan ends, existing kid profiles are kept but no new ones can be added and the weekly email stops. The account holder must be an adult and is responsible for the kid profiles.

School use

The Teacher plan is for one teacher account with 40 students in total across up to five active classes; it includes PRO for the teacher, not for the students. Students join a class with a code and need no account. A teacher or school that uses the service with students confirms that it may do so under its own rules, obtains any parental or school consent those rules or the law require (in particular for children under 13), uses class data only to teach that class, and tells students not to use their full name or contact details as their display name. The School plan (unlimited teachers, up to 500 students, billed yearly) is bought through Paddle like every other plan, and the same cancellation and refund policy applies. The account that buys it becomes the school admin and has PRO for itself; the admin can rename the school, invite teachers with a code, create classes, see every class of the school and remove teachers (their classes are archived). Students count towards the 500 across all of the school’s classes. When the School plan ends or is refunded, its classes are kept but become read-only until it is renewed. If a Teacher plan ends, classes are kept but the dashboard, new classes, new students and assignments stop until it is renewed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, scrape paid lessons, or share content that is unlawful or harmful. Shared scenes may be removed. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Content

The simulations, lessons, images and code of the service belong to Mehmet Canker (CoddyKit) or its licensors. You may use them for personal learning and, under the teacher tools, in class. You may not resell or republish them.

Changes and availability

We improve the service often and may change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and, for subscribers, by email before the change applies.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Mehmet Canker (CoddyKit) is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Turkey, the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence still apply and you may bring claims in your local courts.
