Smart World: meet the parts

In the Smart World you explore simplified virtual circuits on a 3D workbench. Here are the parts you will meet.

🧠 AND Gate — Outputs power only when BOTH inputs have power.

🧠 OR Gate — Outputs power when EITHER input has power.

🧠 NOT Gate — Flips its input: on becomes off, off becomes on.

AND Gate: We are the Logic Gates — the brains of any smart device.

AND Gate: I'm Ada the AND gate. I only let power through when BOTH my inputs are ON.

Guide: Both switches OPEN = no light. Both CLOSED = light!

Guide: Wire two switches to my inputs, and my output to an LED.

OR Gate: I'm Orhan the OR gate. EITHER input ON is enough to light the LED.

OR Gate: More forgiving than Ada — like 'A OR B'.

NOT Gate: I'm Nuran the NOT gate. I flip my input upside down.

NOT Gate: Input ON → output OFF. Input OFF → output ON. Like a tiny mirror for electricity.
